When you upload your contacts to LinkU, they are available for your use within the CRM and follow up campaigns.

We do not share your contacts with anyone else.

If you are using our re-targeting services, then your contacts can be synced to Facebook as Custom Audiences.

Your customer list is hashed locally on our server and then sent to Facebook. There, it's matched against our existing list of our users' hashed IDs and the matches are added to your Custom Audience.

Hashing turns the data in your customer list into short fingerprints that can't be reversed. It happens before your data is sent to Facebook.

Facebook hashes the data our users have provided us. You begin uploading your customer list and it's hashed locally in your browser before it's uploaded to Facebook.
After your hashed data is uploaded to Facebook, we match it against ours.

The matches are added to a Custom Audience for you. The matched and unmatched hashes are deleted. Facebook does not use your contact data for any other reasons.

We also create a Facebook account specifically for you and your audiences. These audiences are not shared or used with any other clients ads or campaigns, only yours.

Custom audiences in Facebook would have to be shared to another ad account for them to use them as an audience.

We do not share audiences, except with you, (such as if you wanted us to share the audience with your existing Facebook Ads account).
