It can be easy to give LinkU access to your YouTube channel (depending on your situation below). Remember if you need help, or prefer our team to do this for you, contact our support team.

Before proceeding, determine if you will be creating a NEW channel for your business, or if you already have one.

If you DO NOT have a YouTube channel which you already use for your business, then you will need to create one first. Follow the steps in this article to do that, then return to this page.

If you DO ALREADY HAVE a YouTube channel you use for your business, then proceed to the next step.

Please note: If you are using a personal YouTube channel for your business, and NOT a brand account, then you will need to convert your channel to a Brand Account YouTube channel first. Scroll below to find the section "Converting Your Personal YouTube Channel to a Brand Account".

If you are unsure if you have a brand account channel, continue the next steps anyway. If you are missing the Channel Managers section, then this means your YouTube channel is a personal channel, and must be converted or moved to a Brand Account.

Follow the steps below, or watch the video to convert your YouTube channel to a brand account for your business.

Converting Your Personal YouTube Channel to a Brand Account

You can set up and manage an account specifically for your brand. You can use certain services with it, like YouTube, to create an online presence.

You and others can jointly manage a Brand Account through your own Google Accounts. You won’t need a separate username or password. Your account can have multiple owners and managers.

Follow the instructions below, or watch the video:
