If when logging into Webmail Version 3, you only see the top header and nothing else, no mail, or anything else, this usually indicates that the windows have all been closed.
To correct this, you can simply reset the view.
On the bottom is a grey toolbar.
Click on the disk icon located on this tool bar on the far right.
A menu should appear.
Click to Reset All Views.
The page will refresh.
You should now be able to see the windows, including mail, folders and mail preview pane.
Click on the disk icon again.
Now click to Save All Views.
