How do I edit my signature on outgoing e-mail in Web Mail?

To add a signature to your Web Mail e-mails, do the following:

  1. First login to your account via Web Mail.

  2. Once logged in, click on Settings.

  3. Click Web Settings.

  4. Click Identities.

  5. Select the e-mail identity you want to modify.

  6. Click Edit.

  7. Here you can enter your signature.

  8. Click to Save Identity.

Note: When using the auto append feature, the signature will not appear when you are writing an e-mail, but will append to the e-mail when you send it.
