Email Whitelisting

The short story behind email whitelisting is that sometimes good quality e-mail gets flagged as spam before it even makes it to your inbox. This is oten a mistake that happens due to spam filters on the e-mail providers side like Google or Yahoo but sometimes our very own e-mail tools like Outlook are to blame for never seeing an important e-mail.

On occasion LinkU will send out invoice reminders, responses to support tickets and of course our marketing material that might be of benefit. If you are subscribed to one of our marketing services here at LinkU then it is even more vital that you take the time to whitelist our e-mails so that you don't miss anything!

Whitelist us now, before your delivery is interrupted.

Of course, every e-mail system is going to be different but we've identified some of the more popular platforms and provide instructions below on how to go about white listing our company. You can also use these instructions for any other important e-mail you may want to make sure gets to you!

If yours isn't on this list, please contact your ISP's customer service team for their instructions. Also, if you're using some sort of spam filtering or blocking software yourself, you'll want to look into that tools settings to ensure it isn't blocking important e-mail from us or anyone else!
