You can use your own reference number instead of an MLS number for your featured listings. By default, the MLS # shown with each listing in the Featured Listings area and other areas on the site.
You can change a settings to change this label to REF#. By enabling this setting, the text MLS # will be replaced with Ref#. To change this settings, do the following:
Login to your website admin.
Click on the My Listings icon.
Click on Featured Listing Settings.
Enable the setting "Use REF # instead of MLS#"
Click Save Changes.
To customize the actual number used on the listing, when adding the listing or editing the listing, enter your custom reference number in the MLS/REF# field.
