You can add your own customized listing features for use with your listings, or even remove listing features that don't apply to you, to make adding listings faster. This works with all LinkURealty websites.
To add new custom features:
Click on My Listings
Click on Customize Property Listing Features.
Click Add Custom Property Feature
Enter a Feature Name.
Select a category for the feature.
Select a sub-type, used for sorting.
Check the box for all feature lists. Some lead forms, such as home value request, sell home form, etc use a shortened feature list. If you would like this feature to appear on these lists as well, select Yes, or select No to hide feature from these lists and only have it available when adding a listing.
Specify a custom sort order, or enter 0 for automatic.
Click to Save.
To disable existing property features:
Click on My Listings
Click on Customize Property Listing Features.
View/Disable Default Property Features
Check off the features you want to disable.
Click to Save.
