You can create custom links to filter listings or to show only certain subdivisions on your website. This is done utilizing your featured listings page. You can also use these variables when creating a search form.

This is a link to your featured listings page:
​ http://demo.linkurealty.com/default.asp.f-listings

To filter by property type, add the following to your URL:
​ &wherefield=subdivision&wherecriteria=SUBDIVISION NAME

So your link will look like the following example, which displays only listings with the subdivision "Sunnymead":
​ http://demo.linkurealty.com/default.asp?f=listings&wherefield=subdivision&wherecriteria=SUNNYMEAD

You can also create a subdivision link using the subdivision variable name:
​http://demo.linkurealty.com/default.asp?f=listings&subdivision=Sunnymead

You can also use multiple subdivisions:
​http://demo.linkurealty.com/default.asp?f=listings&subdivision=Sunnymead,Box Springs,Hidden Springs
