How can I opt-in to listing syndication?

To opt-in your listings for syndication to our listing syndication partners, you must do the following:

  1. Login to your website admin.

  2. Click My Listings.

  3. Click Listing Syndication Settings.

  4. Check the boxes for the partners you would like to opt-in to.

  5. Click Save Changes.

If you would like to opt-out specific listings, do the following:

  1. Click on My Listings.

  2. Click on View/Edit Listings.

  3. Find the listing you want to modify.

  4. Click Edit Listing.

  5. Click Syndication Settings.

  6. Mark the boxes where you do not want your listings to appear.

  7. Click Save Changes

Some sites do not accept listings from for sale by owner sites.

​IMPORTANT! Listings that are manually created and maintained are no longer accepted in a feed format to Zillow, Trulia and Yahoo!. This means that any provider, including LinkURealty, where the agent enters or imports a listing, and the listing is not kept up to date by the agent cannot be accepted.
