If a seller gets the error "No Payment method has been added by operator" while listing a property on your website, this usually indicates your payment methods are either not setup, or you do not have the appropriate payment methods enabled for the package or pricing options you have available.

Note: Payment Methods are usually added when your website is setup initiall by our staff. If your website is not yet active, then please wait until the website is active, it is more then likely the website has not been completely setup yet.

If your website is active and a seller is able to list for some packages, but not others, then it is likely that you may have a package or promo code that causes the total price to be $0.00 and do not have the "FREE" payment method activated.

To correct this, do the following:

  1. Login to the website admin.

  2. Click on FS Settings.

  3. Click on Payment Methods.

  4. Click View/Manage Payment Methods.

  5. Check the "None (Free Listing)" payment method.

  6. Click Save Changes.

  7. Click on Details for the payment method, "None (Free Listing)".

  8. Click Save Changes to save the payment method configuration.

  9. Try your website again, the seller should now be able to list the property without error.

If your website is active and a seller is not able to list under any package selection, then it may be that your payment methods are not configured fully.

To correct this, do the following:

  1. Login to the website admin.

  2. Click on FS Settings.

  3. Click on Payment Methods.

  4. Click View/Manage Payment Methods.

  5. Review the items that are already checked.

  6. Click on Details for the each payment method that is activated (checked).

  7. Click Save Changes to save the payment method configuration.

  8. Do this for each package so they are all configured.

  9. Try your website again, the seller should now be able to list the property without error.
